What Disneyland ride has had the most crashes?

What ride in disneyland has had the most crashes?? What year did this happen and how bad was the crash? Please answer!! Thx! : )

— Big Thunder Mountain starting in 2003 (1 fatal), 2004 and another one in 2004. Then, Matterhorn in 64 and 84 (2 fatal; their own fault not the parks and oddly for the same thing). Next is Roger Rabbit; twice in 2000.
