Weed smoke around children?
My in laws are chronic weed smokers and everytime we take the kids over there they don’t seem to care to tuck it away for a few hours when we come over (which isn’t very often). They smoke it in the house and just recently we went to visit them due to us having our son who was only a three weeks old at the time and I thought his mom would of had enough respect not to smoke while I was sitting down holding my baby only three feet away from her. We were sitting outside but I still think it was very rude. Should I just not come around anymore? Just let my husband go over there by himself if he wants to visit his parents? They smoke it in the house but make people that smoke ciggerettes go outside. Isn’t that hypocritical?
OMG very hypocritical!!! I can’t believe that. Yeah i would say you could sit down and tell them that when you do come over, which is very few and far between, you would appriciate them not smoking around the children. But from the way you describe them they probably wouldn’t care what you have to say.THat is so sad. Your kids’ grandparents can’t even stay sober long enough to enjoy their grandbabies!!!! I would try to talk to them first and if they son’t respect your wishes just stop going over there. If they want to see your children make them come to your smoke free home!!!

Why would anyone want druggies around their kids at all!!!! I’d be not allowing them around ever, until they gave up the drugs. If you are there, and the police get called, you CAN loose your kids! You know about it, and they have it in their home, you are an accomplice(so is your husband). I’d either 1) call it in, or 2) stay the heck away from that kind of stuff.

Do not take your small baby around illegal activity. If that house just happened to be ‘busted’ by the police, do you realize they could take your baby away from you that very instant, even if you weren’t smoking with them???
