Washing instructions for a sleeping bag?

There is no washing label, only label say the following -
Shell: 100% nylon
exterieur: 100% polymide
lining: 100% nylon
doublure: 100% polymide
insulation: 100% polyester

wash on the gentle cycle in a large washer and air dry.
