I have been dealing with depression and may be something else may be going on. I have no energy and all I want to do is lay down and sleep. No motive and just drained……….any good energy food, and how often to eat them?
Apples! I also find that strawberry shakes (smoothies) give me lots of energy.
I usually make it with about 5 strawberries, Lit and Fit vanilla yogurt, orange juice or skim milk and ice cubes.
Junk food can be the reason why you feel so down, eating a lot of unhealthy fried or sugar/salt foods will make you feel tired and fat!
Exercise at least 30 min a day will also give you energy and won’t be so tired all the time.
